Margo Gould
The first major
exam today was kind of confusing to me because I didn’t know how to put my
thoughts into a sentence to make sense. However, it went ok today I know that I
could’ve done better on my sentences. It met my expectations because I knew
that I would have to write a lot but not on every question. I would like to
have multiple choice questions on the test or maybe two short answers at the
end of the test. I prepared for the test by writing down all the definitions
down and reading them out loud so I can remember them good, I also close my
eyes and quiz myself or I ask my mom to quiz me so that I can be prepared for
the questions to the test. One of my techniques of studying is writing my notes
down repeatedly and saying them out loud it helps me remember. The part of my
preparation that was successful was that I remembered the definition of the
words and I remembered what I wrote down. The other part of the preparation would
be quizzing myself and asking and answering the questions that I think would be
on the test. I would change my studying time for next time because I really
wasn’t prepared for this test. I studied at the last minute and that’s probably
why I wasn’t so sure about my sentences. I’ll know to study and read more next
time around.
Techniques are really helpful for preparing for any test that save time and bring good memory power to next test.
